Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Kindly note that sometimes, we experience a high volume of orders which may cause delays in processing and delivery time. In addition, some natural events or postal service problems outside of our control may occur leading to delivery delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Signature Delivery: We add $2.90 for signature confirmation to all deliveries to ensure that your package gets to you or if it gets lost, we can trace it through the delivery service and send you a replacement order for your lost item.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to only Canada at this time.
For other countries, check back regularly to see if we ship to your country as we will update this as needed.

International Orders
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bukola Oriola Group, LLC or Ewa Botanicals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days for U.S orders or 30 days (depending on what shipping method you choose at check out) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ewabotanicals@gmail.com or info@bukolabraiding.com.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Use the tracking number you receive from us to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Kindly make sure you select a shipping option that allows delivering at a P.O. Box before you select your delivery option.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ewabotanicals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
